§ Mr. Peter LloydEstimates for Great Britain as a whole were given in the reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Pembroke (Mr. Bennett) on 17 June 1988 at columns371–72. These estimates were based on the family expenditure survey which does not allow separate analyses for Scotland, Wales and particular regions to be prepared on a statistically reliable basis.
