To ask the Secretary of State for Transport if he will make a statement on his review of the orange badge scheme for the disabled.

We are considering with the disabled persons transport advisory committee and others a number of possible changes to the scheme in the light of our consultation exercise. We shall make an announcement as soon as possible.
