To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many compensatory claims under(a) the Criminal Injuries (Compensation) (N.I.) Order 1977 and (b) the Criminal Damage (Compensation) (N.I.) Order 1977 have been refused by the operation of articles 6(3)B and 10(3), respectively.
