§ Mr. Peter WalkerThe Welsh Development Agency's factory programme in Arfon is at present concentrated on the Parc Menai business complex being developed jointly with the borough council.
It is planned to construct up to 250,000 sq ft of high quality floorspace with the potential to accommodate over 700 jobs. The first two phases of the development for the provision of on-site services are due to be complete by May 1989.
The demand for industrial floorspace in Arfon is reviewed regularly by the agency and taken into account when deciding its property development programme.
