§ Mr. AmessTo ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) if he will publish in theOfficial Report a table showing the number of (a) males and (b) females convicted of not wearing a seat belt in England and Wales in each of the following age groups (i) aged 14 and under 17, (ii) aged 17 and under 21, (iii) aged 21 and under 24, (iv) aged 24 and under 30 and (v) aged 30 and over; and what is the percentage of the latter to the former in each month since 1983;
(2) if he will publish in the Official Report a table showing the number of (a) males and (b) females convicted of not wearing a seat belt by police force area in each of the following age groups (i) aged 14 and under 17, (ii) aged 17 and under 21, (iii) aged 21 and under 24, (iv) aged 24 and under 30 and (v) aged 30 and over; and what is the percentage of the latter to the former in each month since 1983;
(3) if he will publish in the Official Report a table showing the number of (a) males and (b) females convicted of not wearing a seat belt by police force area; and what percentage the latter is of the former since 1983.
