To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland how many Scottish Special Housing Association houses have been sold to tenants in the last 12 months; and if he will make a statement.

In the year to 30 September 1988, the Scottish Special Housing Association sold 5,150 houses bringing its total sales under the Government's right-to-buy policy to 22,640.
