§ Mr. MallonTo ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland when Mr. and Mrs. B. Fegan of 3 Navan Tec, Armagh, will be notified by the Northern Ireland Housing Executive as to when work will commence on a specially designed dwelling to cater for their daughter's medical needs.
§ Mr. Needham[holding answer 1 November 1988]: This is a matter for the chairman of the Northern Ireland Housing Executive who has advised me that the Housing Executive will write shortly to Mr. and Mrs. Fegan to let them know that a contractor will take possession of the site on 21 November 1988. Work is scheduled to be completed by late May 1989.
