§ The Prime MinisterAs my Office explained to the hon. Lady on 11 May, I regret that she was not informed in advance of my visit. My usual practice in such matters is set out in my reply to the hon. Member for Holborn and St. Pancras (Mr. Dobson) on 11 May 1988 at column 121. I have drawn the hon. Lady's concern to my right hon. and noble Friend the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry.
