To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland when he proposes to publish the report commissioned by his Department on the relocation of Civil Service posts to the Overseas Development Agency establishment in East Kilbride.

I anticipate that the report, which was commissioned by the Industry Department for Scotland, will be published in the second half of June this year. A summary article will also appear in the next issue of theScottish Economic Bulletin which is due to be published around the end of June.
