§ Mr. DunnNo funds have been withdrawn, because no funds had been committed. The Department had been considering the possibility of commissioning a research project in this field and representations have been received from the three researchers whose proposals had been short-listed for final consideration. Priority is being given to the enquiry into disruptive children chaired by Lord Elton and further consideration will be given to the problems of children with emotional and behavioural difficulties in the light of the outcomes of the report.
