§ Mr. David MitchellSection 2 of the London Regional Transport Act 1984 makes London Regional Transport 615W statutorily responsible for the safe running of its railways. There are no statutory rules relating specifically to one-person-operation. However, the criteria adopted for one-person-operation were drawn up by London Underground Limited in consultation with the Railway Inspectorate.
