§ Mr. David MitchellFollowing earlier consultations a revised draft of the amendments was circulated to interested organisations for further comment. Officials are now studying the replies that have been received. Compliance with the recommendations in the document is voluntary and it is essential that its terms are acceptable to all concerned.
As a non-statutory code it does not need to be placed before Parliament but I will arrange for copies to be deposited in the Library when the document is finalised.
