§ Mr. Peter WalkerEstimates of the total of the community charges payable in households with different numbers of adults can be obtained by multiplying the illustrative community charge figures, given in the reply of 6 May by my hon. Friend to the hon. Member for Torfaen (Mr. Murphy), by the number of adults in the household. Information on which to base comparable estimates of average domestic rate bills for such households is not available.
