§ Mr. SainsburyWhen the Ministry funds the development of products which are sold subsequently to third parties, arrangements exist for a commercial exploitation levy to be paid. In general the Ministry encourages the sale of such products and the levy is normally based either on profit sharing arrangements, or, for low-value sales, on a percentage of the net selling price.
