To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if, pursuant to the answer of 6 May,Official Report, column 639, to the hon. Member for Epping Forest (Sir J. Biggs-Davison); he will tabulate progress made in 1979 in reaching the United Nations aid target of 0.7 per cent. of gross national product.
