§ Mr. Alan ClarkThe Spearhead database gives information on current and prospective measures in the single market programme and gives access to the full texts of the relevant Community legislation. It provides details of measures which have been adopted by the Community, but which have not yet entered into force; summaries of proposals under discussions, together with contacts in the appropriate Government Departments; and information on other proposals which the Commission has said it intends to table between now and 1992.
