§ Mr. NewtonInformation on health authorities expenditure on contributions in lieu of rates is not collected in-year but is recorded in their annual accounts. Health authorities' annual accounts for the financial year 1987–88 are not due for submission to the Department until the end of June 1988 and information for that year will be available in the autumn.
