§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonWe are currently reviewing the statutory tolerable standard for houses in the context of our proposed reform of the home improvement and repair grants system, as outlined in the White Paper "Housing: The Government's Proposals for Scotland," published last November. We expect to issue a detailed consultation paper on our reform proposals shortly for comment.
