§ Mr. Peter MorrisonMy Department has no plans to invest in new energy-efficient measures in our main building, where we are the principal tenants, as we will be vacating the premises in the summer of 1989. My Department, though, has set a target reduction in electricity consumption within its control, for 1988–89, of 7 per cent. Electricity used for lighting cannot be identified separately from overall electricity consumption.
