§ Mr. Donald ThompsonMy Ministry charges fees for subject access to personal records, only for requests from members of the public, not from employees. To date, no requests for access have been received from members of the public and, therefore, no revenue has been received.

§ Mr. Donald ThompsonTo date, my Ministry has received 37 applications for subject access to personal data. The applications relate to a total of 121 registrations under the Act and all have been from Ministry employees.
