To ask the Prime Minister (1) what revenue has been received by the Cabinet Office since [1 November 1987 for the payment of fees for subject access to personal records, pursuant to the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1984;

(2) how many applications under the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1984 for subject access to personal records held by the Cabinet Office have been received since 11 November 1987.

The Prime Minister

Twenty-two subject access requests have been received. All but one were from staff who are not charged a fee. The Cabinet Office has received £10 in revenue.
