§ Mr. LuceA review of these posts was undertaken by Mr. Gordon Burrett CB (retired civil servant), Professor Brian Morris (chairman of the Museums and Galleries Commission), and a senior Treasury staff inspector. I, and other sponsoring Ministers, are grateful to the review team for their report, copies of which I am placing in the Libraries of both Houses.
