§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeMy colleagues and I regularly meet our counterparts from other EC member states, in meetings of the Council of Ministers, in bilateral discussions, and in other international fora. At present I expect to attend the Industry Council planned for 27 May and 24 June, which is expected to discuss the future of the European Coal and Steel Community's steel production quota regime, and the Research Council on 29 June, which will discuss the Community's R and D policies. I also expect to meet Community colleagues at the EUREKA conference in Copenhagen on 15–16 June.
