§ Mr. Leighton
To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment what are the grant memoranda for urban development corporations.

§ Mr. Trippier
Payments of grant-in-aid to urban development corporations, in common with payments of grant-in-aid to other non-departmental bodies, are governed by memoranda which set out the terms and conditions on which such payments are made.

§ Mr. Heddle
To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will publish in theOfficial Report the amount made available by his Department under the urban development grant programme for each year since the introduction of the grant in 1982.

§ Mr. Trippier
The following table shows the urban development grant outturn figures for years since the scheme began.
