To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs when last he met the ambassadors of the Southern Africa front-line states.

My right hon. and learned Friend has not met the high commissioners/ambassadors of the frontline states collectively. However, I met the high commissioners of Zambia, Tanzania, Botswana and the Angolan charge and Nigerian counsellor on 16 March at their request to discuss the front-line states position on sanctions against South Africa.
