§ Mr. MoynihanThe income and expenditure of the water authorities in England and Wales was set out in their annual reports and accounts for 1986–87 which were laid before Parliament on 15 July 1987. This information is summarised in "Water Facts" published annually by the Water Authorities Association. Copies of these documents are available in the Library. Outturn information about 1987–88 will be laid before Parliament in July.
