§ Mr. PortilloThe Department has only one office in Cumbernauld. Information in the form requested is not collected and could be obtained only at disproportionate cost. Figures are however collected for the numbers of decisions made on single payment claims which represent full or partial awards of supplementary benefit in respect of the items claimed, and the numbers of decisions to refuse payment. These are given in the table for the first three complete four-weekly statistical periods in 1988. The figures are provisional and subject to revision.
