§ Mr. WakehamI have today arranged for copies of an updated memorandum of guidance to be placed in the House Libraries. The principles of the 1980 memorandum remain unchanged, though the additional guidance issued in April 1987, on evidence concerning the conduct of civil servants, has been incorporated, as undertaken in Cm. 78.
