§ Mr. SainsburyThe Department made three awards at grade 2 level and 11 awards at grade 3 level in October 1987 representing 25 per cent. and 20 per cent. respectively of the total numbers in each grade. Payments were made in the form of increments of £2,500 to grade 2 and £2,000 to grade 3. Expenditure on the basis described would be £29,500 in a full year.
