§ Mr. NichollsWe have received a number of representations from hon. Members and others about a range of matters concerning the new employment training programme, on which the recent White Paper "Training for Employment" announced that the Government had accepted in full the recommendations made by the Manpower Services Commission. The new programme will commence on 5 September this year, and the MSC is now making detailed arrangements for its implementation.
