Friend the Secretary of State informed him in his letter of 10 March, the matter is currently being investigated by the Committee for Monitoring Agreements on Tobacco Advertising and Sponsorship and the chairman, Sir Peter Lazarus, will write to him as soon as investigations are completed. Manhattan 100s do carry tar band information.
