§ Mr. McAllionTo ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will publish in theOfficial Report the constituencies of Scotland ranked according to the percentage of (a) losers and (b) gainers under the poll tax proposals, showing those percentages alongside that ranking; and if he will express these figures for both households and individuals.
