§ Mr. Needham[holding answer 18 March 1988]: This is a matter for the Northern Ireland Housing Executive. I have been advised by the chief executive that four arbitrations were concluded during the financial year 1986–87. There were no awards against the Housing Executive. All the disputes were settled by agreement at a total cost to the Housing Executive of £43,920.
