The full range of Manpower Services Commission training and employment measures is available in the Monklands area and, together with other training initiatives supported by the Scottish Development Agency and the Monklands enterprise trust, should greatly enhance the job prospects of local unemployed people in the more buoyant labour market now prevailing.
