To ask the Secretary of State for Employment how many prosecutions have taken place as a result of industrial tribunals in the south-west in the last year; and in what areas.

None. Industrial tribunal decisions do not of themselves lead to prosecutions.

To ask the Secretary of State for Employment how many women have served as sidesmen in industrial tribunals in the south-west in the last year.
