§ Mr. Peter MorrisonThe Department is currently discussing with operators 16 North sea developments (new fields and incremental projects). Examination of development plans is undertaken on a confidential basis. I am unable to specify which projects are under consideration, and, as I said in my reply of 18 January 1988, column506, it is not my practice to comment on timing.
