Dr. ThomasTo ask the Secretary of State for Energy what information he possesses on the statement, and subsequent cross-examination, of the EEC Energy Commissioner before the European Parliament special inquiry committee into nuclear materials mismanagement and transport in the EEC held in Strasbourg on 10 March.
§ Mr. Michael SpicerMr. Mosar, Commissioner for Energy, made a presentation to the committee stating that following re-examination of previous checks on nuclear material at Hanau and Mol, the Commission had found no evidence of illegal exports. Mr. Mosar noted that the International Atomic Energy Agency had reached the same conclusion.
