§ Mr. John PattenImproved arrangements for monitoring the use made by local authorities of posts funded under section 11, introduced in the Home Office circular of 1 October 1986, now apply to all posts approved or reviewed since that date and are being extended to all other funded posts. We shall be considering whether any further changes are needed.
