§ The Attorney-GeneralIn the three months to 29 February 1988 the Lord Chancellor received some 35 letters concerning delays at the Land Registry.
§ Mr. Nicholas WintertonTo ask the Attorney-General when he expects the application for registration about which the hon. Member for Macclesfield recently wrote to the Lord Chancellor to be processed by the Land Registry.
§ The Attorney-GeneralThe Land Registry is awaiting a reply to requisitions sent to the applicant's solicitors on 14 October 1987. The application cannot proceed further until the requisitions are complied with, but will be completed as quickly as possible thereafter.
