To ask the Secretary of State for Social Services how many people living in the Eastbourne parliamentary constituency are currently in receipt of(a) housing benefit, (b) family income supplement and (c) supplementary benefit; and what is his estimate of the number of those in category (a) whose entitlement to benefit will be reduced under the new system which is to be introduced in April.
