To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many (i) life sentence prisoners and (ii) prisoners detained under his pleasure have been released on licence in each year since 1980; how many in each category were(a) Loyalist, (b) Republican and (c) undifferentiated; and what was the average length of service in each of these classifications.
