§ Mr. Michael Spicer[holding answer 29 February 1988]: The products of co-processing were allocated by dividing the total pro rata to the quantities of uranium arid plutonium in the incoming safeguarded and unsafeguarded fuel. From 1987, separate civil and non-civil reprocessing operations have been carried out.
