§ Mr. Ken HargreavesTo ask the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will compensate those people in receipt of invalidity benefit who will not be eligible for transitional addition as a result of the April uprating of national insurance benefits lifting them above the supplementary benefit income support level and thus making them liable to housing benefit tapers which will mean an actual loss to low income claimants.
