§ Mr. PikeTo ask the Secretary of State for Social Services what guidance he gave to the health authorities concerned, pursuant to the written answer to the hon. Member for Burnley on 18 February,Official Report, column 700, on the timing of the closure of the present facilities provided at Hartley hospital, Colne, in relation to (a) the completion of public consultation exercise and (b) provision of the new Pendle community hospital.
