To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what representations he has received about the European Council meeting in Brussels on 11 to 13 February; and if he will make a statement.

Neither my right hon. and learned Friend nor I have received representations about the European Council in Brussels on 11–13 February other than questions raised by hon. Members in the House. The results of the Brussels Council confirmed by the Foreign Affairs Council on 22 February represent a very sound outcome for the United Kingdom.
