§ Mr. RathboneTo ask the Minister for the Arts what Her Majesty's Government are doing to support the Council of Europe initiative to establish networks of cultural centres to encourage cultural co-operation and exchanges throughout Europe.
§ Mr. LuceHer Majesty's Government welcomed this initiative by the Council of Europe, and has put the Council in touch with appropriate centres in the United Kingdom via the Arts Council.
