§ Mr. CopeEveryone joining employment training will follow an integrated programme of directed and practical training based on an agreed individual action plan. Employment training will build on trainees' previous attainments and experience, and an individual's action plan may include the completion of courses started before the trainee joined the programme that are relevant to the plan.
