§ Mr. Michael ForsythA grant offer under section 10 of the Social Work (Scotland) Act 1968 was recently accepted by the Church of Scotland for a designated place to be built at Inverness. The provision of designated places is a matter for voluntary organisations, which may apply for grant under the 1968 Act, or local authorities.
