§ Mr. MoynihanI outlined the Government's proposals for further measures to reduce motor vehicle pollution in my reply of 7 December 1987 to my hon. Friend the Member for Fulham (Mr. Carrington), at column 20–21. We expect these measures to achieve reductions in air pollution, despite predicted increases in traffic.
