To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster how many items of correspondence he has received complaining about the activities of Harvard Securities in each quarter of 1985, 1986, 1987 and the current year respectively.

Following the repeal of the Prevention of Fraud (Investments) Act 1958 on 29 April 1988, complaints have been dealt with by the Securities and Investments Board. Three complaints relating to Harvard have been passed to the SIB since that date.
